PriceHaki (“the app”, “we”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what data is collected when you use the app, why, and what your rights are.
PriceHaki is a mobile app for tracking trading card prices (market estimates, price alerts, watchlist). Publisher: PriceHaki. Contact: [email protected].
PriceHaki does not ask for a name, email address, or password. There is no account creation in the traditional sense: on first launch, the app automatically creates an anonymous technical identifier (via Supabase, our database provider), used only to link your data within the app (watchlist, alerts, subscription) on a given device.

We do not collect any banking data: payments are processed entirely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) depending on your platform; PriceHaki never has access to your card number.
Your data is shared only with the technical providers necessary to operate the service, listed in the table above (Supabase, RevenueCat, Firebase/Google, PostHog), and with Apple/Google for subscription management. We never sell any data and do not share it for advertising or third-party commercial profiling purposes.
Some of these providers (Google Firebase, RevenueCat) may process data outside the European Union; in that case, the transfer relies on those providers’ Standard Contractual Clauses, ensuring a level of protection equivalent to the GDPR.
Data is kept for as long as you use the app. If you uninstall the app or request deletion of your data (see section 7), the anonymous identifier and associated data (watchlist, push token, subscription status) are deleted within a reasonable timeframe. Subscription data may be retained longer by Apple/Google/RevenueCat in accordance with their own legal and accounting obligations.
Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and object to the processing of your data. Since the app collects neither name nor email, identification is done via your technical identifier (available on request in the app or via your RevenueCat/Apple/Google purchase history). To exercise these rights, email us at [email protected], specifying your platform (iOS/Android) and, if possible, the approximate date of your first purchase/subscription.
You can disable push notifications at any time from your device settings, which stops the collection of the push token.
